• We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom
• Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are not guaranteed
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery
• If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, adverse weather)

6. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@pigeonpetshop.com.

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging
• You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods
• Perishable goods (e.g. live feed, fresh food items) are exempt from the right of return unless faulty

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings. Product availability and pricing may change without notice.
