How do I get a refund?

You can request a refund only once we have received the items purchased back. Some items are excluded from refunds. In any case you will need to request a RMA, you can do this from your account or by emailing info@pigeonpetshop.com. The RMA request will give options to request a refund or exchange, this is at our discretion on what resolution we provide. Please provide a clear reason for the refund/replacement request and proof of return, or if requested proof of fault.
